I booked a thrilling biking tour in February 2019 through Camargo Adventure Travel. The entire trip was out of this world. Carlos Camargo (CEO Camargo Adventure Travel) gave me personal information of what I needed to take and recommended places to stay before and after the trip. He also gave me an entire day to day itinerary of the trip. The trip group was called Spiceroads and Carlos Camargo set up the entire booking. We started in Hue, and travel the coast of Vietnam, visiting Lan Co, An Bang (amazing mosoleum grave site picture below)
We stayed in an amazing resort with sea side view. The next day we took a strenuous mountain bike overpass to reach Denang bay and on to Hoi Anh. Amazing food throughout. At one point Carlos (guide recommended we go out for pizza and it was amazing! We then went to My Son Temples which were incredible! (Below)
Our next stop was Quang Ngai and on the way we visited the My Lai memorial site which was very sad. We stayed at the Central Hotel which was definitely not up to Camargo Adventure Travel standards (my bed was like a dinner table, rooms were moldy and smelly).
Then we continued to Qui Nhon where we stayed at an amazing resort. That night another CAT pizza extravaganza experience. We then rode to Tuy Hoa and on to the end of the ride with a boat ride to Whale Island where Carlos (CEO) recommended a small hike followed by a swim and snorkeling the following day. We then transferred to Nha Trang where we marveled the amazing beaches. From here CAT scheduled a flight to Ho Chi Minh City and CAT booked our stay at the Lotte Legend Hotel (where I was upgraded to a suite! Talk about service!!) The next day CAT organized an amazing tour to the Cu chi tunnels which were amazing.
And that evening Carlos (guide and CEO) organized a street food extravaganza experience!! It was both deliciously and frantically exhilarating since we were eating on the streets!!
Overall I have been thoroughly impressed with the detailed planning and committed devotion to provide the best adventure travel possible through CAMARGO ADVENTURE TRAVEL. I thoroughly recommend this agency for all your adventure travel needs. One gets an absolute personalized package treatment through CAT, its’ CEO, and a personal guide (Carlos Camargo himself!)
